A beautiful herbal blend for steaming. I followed the directions and used my yoni seat. I felt so relaxed I napped for a couple hours shortly after. My yoni felt so rejuvenated and cleansed. I like to do steams right after my period and sometimes before. I’ll definitely be using it again
