Returned Packages
If your package has been returned to us for any reason/ Incorrect Address you will receive an email from our company regarding your package, a $15 reshipment fee will be applied.

If your package has been confirmed by our courier UPS or USPS delivered
and you did not receive any goods please contact us ASAP via email natousherbsllc@gmail.com
Once we file a claim with our courier , UPS or USPS will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally scanned into wrong mailbox . If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is
automatically uploaded in our system which will notify Paypal that your order was shipped/verify that your package was delivered. The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT / Open while in transit and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc. If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will also be issued a store credit.
